New FSSB R3 Lighting not seen by latest dev tool

I just received my FSSB R3 Lighting. It is seen in Devices and Printers but not in Dev tool. Paper that came with the unit said MJF_FW_2_00_0 is already installed. When I load the dev tool, under firmware it says "firmware non supported" and everything is greyed out.

Have you installed the last version of RS_HID_DEV_TOOL? The last version is the V1.08.

Thanks for responding. I realized what I did wrong, all is working now. I don't want to admit it but I forgot to plug in the R3 USB wire. Thanks again.
