Do I need to send my R3 back for factory recalibration?

Post by PETER_JERRARD »

Hi there!

First off, I must apologise: I actually started a topic on this last year, but never got around to dealing with it - c'est la vie!

So, at the end of last year, I accidentally knocked my R3. Now, when I try to re-centre it, it doesn't go back to zero. Instead, it goes far off to the left - see image:

I think it was Dragon who said there may be a way to fix it without having to send it back. Any ideas?

Sorry Peter.

If you knocked heavy the R3 the only chance, is sensor plate change.

Send us, and I will let you know.
Sorry and Regards

HI Peter.

We have received the R3, as you said, the X is working but with a great offset to the left.
We are working on the issue, in order to send back you as soon as possible.
I will update you later.
Cheers
