Cms not recognized after plugging in warthog usb

I am using the FSSB R3 with the thrustmaster board. Recently I updated my target software because I bought the TM TPRpedals. But now RS HID Device tool doesn’t recognize the buttons properly. For example, normally I use the CMS Centre to start the SMM menu. Now I press the CMS centre button and it doesn’t do anything. IF I press the RIGHT TRIM is starts the SMM Menu. All buttons are not being recognized properly. I press CMS Right and the HID Device software show it as being TMS RIGHT. The TMS RIGHT is being recognized as the PADDLE BUTTON. I tried uninstalling everything and reinstalling and that didn’t help. Now if I unplug both cables, start the RD HIDdevice tool, then plug in the RS R3 cable, the hid device tool recognizes all the keys properly. If I plug the TMwarthog USB cable, then all the buttons are not recognized properly.ive tried uninstalling everything and reinstalling and still no luck. Anyone ever have this?
Ok, I installed the RS software on my other computer which doesn't have any TM target software on it. In fact this is the first time I ever plugged the TM in that computer. Then I installed the RS software, plugged the RS usb cable in and works fine. Then I plug the TM usb cable in and same problem. So it shouldn't have anything to do with me updating the target software on my computer. That must have been coincidence.
