R3L MKII Ultra Base - X Axis Stuck and Not Working

Hi all,
All of a sudden, the X axis ofmy Base (Mk2 Ultra) is stuck at -100%. Y axis works fine. All buttons on the F16SGRHv2 are working. But the Base will not move the stick from all the way on the left when I try to calibrate with the Base software. I have used the NPA procedure as well but it did not help. HAs anyone had similar issues? How was it resolved?
