Need to send R3 back for recalibration

Hi there!
I'm afraid a while ago I applied a bit too much force to my R3 and now it always reads being moved to the left, even when I recalibrate it normally.
Would it be possible to arrange sending the unit back for factory recalibration?

so, is really possible we can help you without the necessity to send the R3 back. PLease if you like, provide me with a video, maybe we can resolve your problem.
