FSSB3 dead/not working

I recently upgraded the firmware about 2 months ago and everything seemed fine until today, the pitch axis quite working and after starting RS_HID_DEV_TOOL V1.08 and attempting to re-calibrate it completely stopped working and is not recognized by the software. I can't upgrade or change firmware using DCC V1.05 as it's not recognized when plugged in, should I send in for repair?

HI Roberto.
I am sorry, but if your R3 can not be upgraded, look like the USB connector is broken.
but in other hand, if your USB connector is broken, can not be reconized by your computer, and the RS_HID_DEV_TOOL must not see it.
Please, take a look if the PC reconized the R3 and let me know. please if you need send me an email to
