It doesn't seem like the controller is generating events for TMS centre, DMS centre, Pinky Left or Pinky Right.
If I assign keystrokes to these buttons in the HID Device Tool these are triggered successfully.
I'm using the MJF_FW_4_01_1 firmware.

Dear the 4_01_1 its a light version, with only one hid device, so only 32 buttons instead the 64 managed in the full version, for this reason some buttons are not sned as DX tot he PC.
In a next version TMS and DMS center will be added to sawp the NWS left and right, just for a LowBlow suggestion, he its testing the new firmwares now a days.
If you want use the whole DX buttons, please install the _4_ 00 firmware
