What are the prices of the hardware(MFD's, CCD, DED, etc)? How do I order them from Canada?

I have been totally unable to determine prices for the MFD's, and everything else. That is OK, it is saving me money, as I am having to build it all myself. It won't be as cool as being able to buy the stuff from a professional company, but it should save me money.
Personally, I wish they had a price list for all of the stuff they sell. I am fairly well unsatisifed with their web site....no contact information, no prices...just a glossy of something I probably cannot afford anyways.
Bugeye sells the MFD's for around $3 grand USD each. That is too rich for me. It would be nicer if someone would build them and price them for the consumer. I can see 7 or 8 hundred dollars for a screen, bezel and keyboard emulator.
