F18CGH Dx button strange layout

I have an FSSB r3 warthog base (no lighting) and i just received the f18 grip.
I have it connected both with the base and the bluetooth (which seems to work well with my adapter)).
Now my question...I see that i have two devices in control panel. I would like to have only with with al the dx i need (for example i don't need centerpress+direction at the same time of the hats).
Also it seems really strange to me that the recce button, is not in the first device (basically it would be like the f16 nws button) instead the f18 pinky is mapped as the f16 nws (and not as dx3 as i would expect)...so I don't understand why this choice and i ask if i can in someway remap my input in order to have all the dx presses i need on only one device. I studied the software manual but i can't seem to find a solution.
Also on the manual it is reported that i can use the pulse action...but pressing on the dx button no overlay appears (as reported in the manual).
