Hello,
I have used it yesterday and there was no issues until I have shut down my pc. Now I turn the PC on and I could hear the beeping warning sound even during the PC booting, when I opened the software I could see the Y-axis stuck on the max travel (see attached screenshot).
Tried to switch USB ports with no difference. How can I troubleshoot or does it needs RMA ?

Please install the last firmware. If the problem continue, the Sensor its broken and you will need send back for repair.

I have the latest version installed, also tried to change the USB cable but no difference
