I just tried updating my firmware on a new FSSB R3 with F16SGRH. I'm stuck at "Connect your R3" flashing red (rest are green). When I connect it I see the green light flicker and it beeps three times but nothing happens. I see it was installed in my Windows 10 devices as FSSB R3 Warthog. DCC (1.07) detects it if I have it plugged in at launch. I plugged it in on a couple different USB 3.0 ports on the back face of my motherboard. I'm trying load MJF_FW_F16_SG_3_20_3.FSSB_R3. I have the TM Warthog HOTAS but it's not connected. I do not have the TM stick at all so I didn't insert the card from it into the FSSB R3. Not sure what the issue is. I would appreciate any suggestions.

Dear Todd,
Please, unconnect the F16SGRH of FSSB-R3L and try to update the FSSB-R3L alone now. It could be for an USB power fault in the moment when you plug the USB wire.
