Failure to update Firmware

EDIT:

I figured out that I was trying to update with V_2 files which apparently are for the lightning, not the version I have.

I've since installed SSF_FW_1_02_2.FSSB_R3 and now my FSSB/R3 beeps constantly like an alarm. Any ideas?

I get the following message when trying to update the firmware on my FSSB/R3 using the V-1.07 DCC. I get this on any firmware file I chose:

Updating ... please do not disconnect your device.
Started at 4/17/2020 7:04:28 PM
Upload Failed
Program failed CYRET_ERR_DEVICE
