As I understand the stick displacement/ throw of the MKII larger than the older models.
How many degrees in one direction does the stick actually move?

The original had no movement at all. It was pure force application. The MKII has some movement but it is VERY small. Almost un-noticeable unless you have a very rigid mount. I can't find anything in their specs about the degrees of physical movement but I would guess it's less than just a few degrees.
