Dear Yan,
I think the problem is the RS_HID_DEV_TOOL version, you have installed the v1.01 and the last version is v1.05.
Please, open the RealSimulator main page (www.realsimulator.com) and download the last version, remind uninstall first the old version before to install the new version.
