Helo , i am tring to instal DDC to update firmware from MJF to BMS , because i dont need the DX button option, the DDC installer says , i have a newer version please unistal older version ok i get that , but i dont have DDC installed so i cant unistal it .
On a new windows 10 64 Bit

I have been testing and I have found this problem when you try to install DCC in a Windows 10 system with the RS_HID_DE_TOOL already installed. If this is your case, please, follow these steps:
- Uninstall RS_HID_DE_TOOL program.
- Install DCC program.
- And finally, install RS_HID_DE_TOOL program.
I hope this solve also the problem in your computer.
