If you have installed the last tools, you can find the folder with the documentation in: Start > All programs > Realsimulator > Documentation
You can download the last tools in the next link: http://www.realsimulator.com/html/downloads.html. Now the RS_TOOL include all utilities (RS_HID_DEV_TOOL and DCC) and documentation.
