Today I reconnected my Cougar after a couple of years of inactivity. I checked if Win10 recognized it and all was ok, axis, buttons, everything. Then I decided to install the firmware BMS_FW_1_02_0.FSSB_R3 with DCC V1.05 that was ALREADY on my pc since I also have a TUSBA.
The problem is that after the firmware update the X-axis doesn't work anymore, neither in the Windows peripherals and in the RS Devtool.
Any ideas?

Re: X-Axis gone after firmware update
I have to add that after the firmware update the HID Device Tool V1.08 can't recognize the firmware (unknown).

Re: X-Axis gone after firmware update
Solved, it was necessary to uninstall the software, then reinstall both the software and the firmware.
