FSSBR3L constant light blinking

I've been using my FSSBR3L for over a year without issue until today when I unplugged it and when I plugged it back in the red light just blinks no matter what I do. I've tried to reload firmware but that did not fix the issue. Can anyone assist?

Hi Todd,
With this information is difficult to help you, so I can only suggest the standard solutions:
1- Do a NPA to center the axes.
2- Install the last published firmware version. At this moment I think it is: MJF_FW_F16-18_4_00_0.FSSB_R3,
If after these two actions the problem continue maybe it is damaged, but we will check after receiving your feedback.

I did end up resolving the issue. I had to reload the firmware 4 and that cleared the issue.
