I am the one who has had this issue. Each time the issue resolved on its own. I'm not sure if its some process in the firmware that is calibrating it or its a windows issue that has cleared up somehow. Either way its very odd and I hate not knowing what the cause or resolution is. Are there any logs that get written that can be reviewed?
