R3L Y axis not calibrating

Hello, last flight was on Sunday, everything was working correctly. Today I booted up and Y axis behaves like this. It's like it pulls back on its own. I tried flashing new mjf firmware, doing npa, recalibrate - nothing helps. X axis is working perfectly fine, Y axis works as well, just can't be centered correctly. Any idea what this may be?

I have a similar issue with my Y-axis is all the way forward and my warning lights on the base are flashing red constantly. If I unplug and plug it back in the light flashes green three or four times then turns to constant flashing red.

HI if after installation of the last firmware 4.00.1 , the axis continue out of range, your sensor its broken, so please take contact
general_inf@realsimulator.com for repair.
