Hi there

I had my usb power pulled out and the stick started beeping like crazy. Put the power back in but it just kept going. After i pulled the usb cable out it will no longer be detected on any port or other computer. Any ideas?

please connect the R3 direct to your computer, and test if the electronic its OK or dead.

If you need repair it, let me know.

Yes I ask to send you two email, one for the directions to send back and other for the recomedations about test before return.

In fact one of the engineers was in touch with you and was talking with me, about you told him, that your R3 receibe energy but its not detected.

Anyway, I will got the advantage of this forum. Please change the cable, look like the most probable its a USB comms dead, and this can be:

Cable, the most cheap and easy.
Connector inside the R3, need repair, cheap
Damaged in the Microprocesor, the worst. and need reapir.

Please, do the last est with a new USB cable you will be sure works in other device, and if not comms, send back to the comapny for repair.

I have not talked with any engineer or received any emails so i don't know who he/she is talking to? Make sure these are sent to trigenetic@gmail.com

Sadly a different cable is the first thing i did. No change. There is no visible damage to the usb port and all soldering looks good. Still i hope its just the port as i cannot afford any expensive repair the stick.
