Do you plan to make a video explaining the f16 throttle grip in more detail (like LowBlow did)?

Totally agree here. Would prefer those two switches just be normal. You can get around the 3 position in DCS with special keybinds, but the speed brake would be best operating as normal speed brake only.RogueSqdn wrote: ↑Fri Jan 28, 2022 12:59 pm Just realized that the dogfight and speed brake switches are instead 5-way hats. I don't like the idea of doing it on those two switches. It's important for the aircraft to be able to read the always-on position of those switches.
Especially on the speed brake, because you can simply hit the retract and since it's latched, you know it'll retract all the way if you leave it there. With a 5-way hat instead, you have to pay attention to your speed brake indicator and potentially (depending on aircraft) have to look in an external view to verify they're retracted.
As Caboose said, I totally agree with this, I will be happy to purchase the F35G later for more bindingsRogueSqdn wrote: ↑Fri Jan 28, 2022 12:59 pm Just realized that the dogfight and speed brake switches are instead 5-way hats. I also agree with Caboose.Piola wrote: ↑Fri Jan 28, 2022 10:27 pmAs Caboose said, I totally agree with this, I will be happy to purchase the F35G later for more bindingsRogueSqdn wrote: ↑Fri Jan 28, 2022 12:59 pm Just realized that the dogfight and speed brake switches are instead 5-way hats. Can someone confirm these are really 5 hat-switches with centering. Honestly i cant believe this. This would be, as RoqueSqdn already mentioned, really strange.RogueSqdn wrote: ↑Fri Jan 28, 2022 12:59 pm Just realized that the dogfight and speed brake switches are instead 5-way hats. the only info I've found are here https://realsimulator.com/lineal-throttles/hooti wrote: ↑Sat Jan 29, 2022 6:14 pmCan someone confirm these are really 5 hat-switches with centering. Err, yah, if that's the case I don't like that one bit.. it's one thing to make a button a 5-way, but taking away positional switches which change how the real-jet function works is very much not desirable.hooti wrote: ↑Sat Jan 29, 2022 6:14 pmCan someone confirm these are really 5 hat-switches with centering.
