Can't resize window

When I open the RS_HID_DEV_TOOL program, the window is squished and I can't fullscreen it or even drag the edges of the window to resize the window. I've tried to repair the program or reinstall but still the same issue persists.

Hi,
You need to use the RS_HID_DEV_TOOL v12 for that firmware

I am using 1.15 from the latest tools installer.

I am having the same issue. I’ve tried different versions of the software and it’s always squished in windows 10

Hi Anthony,
If you have the same issue, sure you are using an old firmware. Old firmwares must be configured with the RS_HID_DEV_TOOL v12 (this program is distributed with all RS_TOOLS packages) and RS_HID_DEV_TOOL v15 must be used with the MJF_FW_F16-18 firmwares, preferiblely with the last version always (at this moment v5).
Don't matter if you have a Realsimulator grip or other, we suggest use the last version of MJF_FW_F16-18, this firmware allways has the last features and the known issues fixed.
