FSSB R3 stopped working while trying to update the firmware.

Hi there...
I was attempting to update the firmware on my FSSB R3 to MJF_FW_F16-18_5_01_0, but after running the installer for the tools package, I restarted my computer as directed and since that restart, my computer no longer recognizes my FSSB R3. I've unplugged and re-plugged the USB cable - and even tried switching to a new USB cable, but it still doesn't recognize the FSSB R3 any longer. Not sure what to try next. Would greatly appreciate some help with this one!
