R3L & viper grip click sound

I would like know what this click sound is to my R3L and Viper grip. It only does this sound system start up and never while operation. I’m hopeful thinking some kind of force release mechanism internal. I have checked the tightest of the grip screws. The unit works perfectly fine I’m just curious of what that click sound is and if I have to worry about anything as far as longevity. Any thoughts please.

Hi Mako I have seen several times your video, and look like a mechanical sound, in beginning dont know what is the origin, dont look bad, anyway I will try to help you to find the origin of the sound

I’m good to go. I guess the 4 screws on the stick was not tight enough, they were tight but I guess it had to be somewhat super tight without stripping anything. It hasn’t done the clicking noise since then.

I’m good to go . I tighten the 4 screws on the base of the stick alittle more without stripping anything and it seems the noise has been illuminated.
