X and Y axis swapped on FSSB R3 Lightening with Warthog stick

Hello all-
I have a strange problem that I cannot fix. In HIDtools and in windows game controller window, my X and Y axis is swapped. Fore/aft on the stick moves Y axis, left and right on stick move x axis. Everything worked fine before yesterday. Anyone ever have this issue? For troubleshooting, I’ve tried re-flashing firmware, deleting drivers, completely uninstalling DCC and HID tools, swapping USB ports, resetting to default through windows game device manager, but none of these steps have worked for me so far. Also, all other buttons and switches appear to function normally. Please help
