some problems About R3

Post by apq0850 »

Today! I finally received my rocker via UPS!

Now some questions I would like to consult

1,Nameplate label:DATE Dec 2012
It is said that R3 production date is 2012?

2,You can pass picture below
See R3 working time, X and Y axes, not operating at the time of the change

How to adjust to make R3 in the stationary state, numerical X axis and Y axis can not be changed?

My computer using windows7 64

Hi apq0850.

Yesterday I reply you by email, but is also nice write here a little bit ;-)

Yes all the plates where produced in the 2012, and have no sense produce more plates until the already manufactured will be finished. ;)

About the +-25 numbers in 32767 that is an error of 0,07% this is the error of a high quality torque sensor in the industry, you can look around, and you will find that in a 3.000,00 Euros range 1 channel (only the X or Y axis) price the error will be arround 0,1%.
So you FSSB R3 is as good or better than a high and expensive torque meassurement industrial system.

About why we dont hide the error and fix the number showed, to try to lie you and try to tell you that our meassurement system is absolutelly perfect and noise free, the honest replay is, because we try to dont lie you, only give you our best and be happy :D

Best Regards
Manuel
