f18CRHG not connecting to PC

f18CRHG not connecting to PC
I am unable to get the F18CRHG to connect to my PC through an FSSB R3, or by Bluetooth. Bootloader reset, Bluetooth reset, and recenter bindings are not working, and the second status light is lit. I have checked all pins on the connector and they seem fine. If anyone has any suggestions it would be welcome.

Hi Nathaniel,
Fior your explanation looks like your grip is on Bootloader state. Please, open the User Guide of F-18 grip and follow the instructions to update the firmware.
