Hello,
I am having difficult understanding the HID tool.. At times it will lock up, and when it doesn't it does not appear that I can do anything with it; change and edit values etc. It also indicates "firmware not supported" but I am using all the latest firmwares.
Is there something wrong with the current version of HID with Wins 8.1? Am I am able to remove or start fresh with a firmware for either of the FCCB RS3/TUSBA, or RUSBA?

Dear Jody,
Please, install the latest firmware and software and check if the problems continue. If the RS_HID_DEV_TOOL says "Firmware non supported" you must not to have installed the last version.
If you continue with the problem, report the versions installed to test us here.

Yes I just figured this out. Your staff sent me the latest HID and DCC files. You might want to update your forums as they have older files which I have been using.
